Noel Farm

Shorts Agricultural were awarded the contract by King Power Polo to undertake the installation of their new facilities located in Noël Farm, Forest Road, Maidenhead. 

Shorts delivered this project from the initial consultation to project planning and throughout this manage the needs and expectations of the clients.

We were appointed to act as principal contractor during the works. The project presented multiple obstacles throughout including services and access issues but with the in-house capacity to manage this project from the start we were able to complete the work and hand over the site as per schedule.

Short’s Demolition initially removed the barn located on the site with the removal of slab and foundations and crushed the recycled materials generated from the works.

The reinstatement package included reduce dig, drainage, and service trench installation. New hard standing areas ranging from tarmac for lorry parking surface to shingle areas. This also included the construction of new horse wash, muck bay and divot mix bay. Upon completion shorts completed the top soiling of areas and seeding.

Upon completion we have been awarded further works for the client and are look forward to working with them soon.
